Simon Creek is the most modern winery and largest vineyard (30 acres) in Wisconsin. Winery tours feature a complete review of the winemaking process from harvest through bottling and casing. The tour ends at the taste room overlooking the wine production area and best of all - the vineyard and beautiful pond. A lounge area and outdoor terrace allow vistors to sample the finest vinifera and hybrid wines at their leisure and comfort.

Simon Creek Vineyard and Winery had been notified that it is an award winner in this year’s American Wine Society Commercial Wine Competition, which was held this past November 12-13 in Greenwich, Connecticut.Simon Creek received separate Silver Medals for their:
- American Gewurztraminer
- "Untouchable Red" American Ruby Cabernet wines
This year’s American Wine Society Competition was entered by 199 wineries entering 1090 wines. The competition is one of the most prestigious in the U.S. Simon Creek’s American Gewürztraminer is a pleasant semi-sweet wine – produced in the image of fine German wines. It is a versatile wine, featuring a pleasant balance of spice (gewurz in German) and a pleasing sweet taste, which can be served before, during or after dinner. Simon Creek Vineyard and Winery has completed construction and opened for business on Thursday, June 26, 2003. Simon Creek Winery is a state of the art wine producing facility, which will be the most modern and technologically advanced winery in the mid west United States. The 11,000 square foot winery will have a capacity of producing over 15,000 cases of the finest quality wines each year, making it one of the largest wineries in Wisconsin. The wine producing area will feature the most modern equipment available, to include: 36,000 gallons of stainless steel wine storage tanks; a bottling line capable of filling, corking, labeling and placing foil caps on bottles at an astounding rate of 25 bottles per minute. All of the equipment is imported from Italy. Initially the winery will vint Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Ruby Cabernet (also called Untouchable Red), Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Port (also called Jacksonport), Golden Muscat and Cherry wines.
